How Kodanda Technologies collects, uses and protects personal data.

Kodanda Technologies ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through kodandatech.com and how we use it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, and optionally your phone, company and message. We use it only to reply to you.
- Analytics: only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, Google Analytics records anonymous usage such as pages visited. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell your data. It is processed only by our service providers: Hostinger (hosting and email), Google (analytics, with your consent) and Cloudflare (spam protection). We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless we start working together.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@kodandatech.com.
